@Yogzototh already pointed out the problems with multiple "winners" and having to announce alliances, don't ignore them. Unless rules makes sense it will be very difficult to get enough players to sign up.

Anyway, IMO big FFA-s don't really fit into a tournament format in ZK. In the first round you might get enough players to get one big FFA, maybe two. Might as well as just organize a big FFA showmatch instead of a tournament.
