EDIT: Will try Rogue Survivor later, but from the video seem more like you just trying to survive, that some sort of Fort/City/Etc "simulator". If you like games like that you should try Cataclysm: Dark Days Ahead ( http://en.cataclysmdda.com/ ), it's open source https://github.com/CleverRaven/Cataclysm-DDA/ , did like the Martial Char i made, feel like Fist of the North Star.
