17 In low-micro scenarios ( spread both armies in a line and then light-fight them against each other) it makes cost against other raiders and fails vs riots, as desired. . . fails vs riots, especially nimble ones like the Warrior. 19 I've been testing it under 96.0 - I assume there was a big change in firing avoidance?
