I've been testing it under 96.0 - I assume there was a big change in firing avoidance? The things are *very* hesitant to fire if there's a chance they'll pwn a friendly unit.

It's an interesting unit... but it's not really a tank at this point after I mangled it so far, and either way it's so riot-y it's stepping on the Koda's toes, so the Koda would need to get similarly mangled and the Koda is a great unit as-is.
