I
have
sort
of
hit
a
snag.
In
switching
from
Zenity
to
Yad
I
found
that
Yad
is
not
available
in
the
standard
ubuntu
repositories.
It
is
available
in
the
GetDeb
repos
but
that
is
often
offline.
This
leaves
the
only
option
as
adding
a
third
party
repository
to
the
users
system
(
http://www.
webupd8.
org/2010/12/yad-zenity-on-steroids-display.
html)
.
Since
I
want
to
minimize
terminal
use
and
preferably
have
all
terminal
activity
automated,
this
would
have
to
be
done
without
telling
the
user
or
asking
permission.
Perhaps
Yad
could
get
into
the
spring
repository?
