I can speak fairly competently for the rest of the dev team but there are going to be points they disagree on. When I say 'we', I am discussing a position I think has a majority consensus (and I think particularly GoogleFrog will agree with). When I say 'I' I am expressing personal preference.

For example when I say I think e-cell is too mandatory and fac assisting sub-optimal that's my personal opinion, but I know Licho has expressed concern that compush is the only viable strategy and other players generally agree that e-cell start is almost the only valid one (Though they may differ on whether that's good or bad).

minor
way
with
comms

reducing
base
morph
costs
and
inherent
bonuses)
a
huge
number
of
really
ridiculous
comm-builds
totally
dominated
play,
it
was
silly.

was

because
the
modules
were
really
never
properly
balanced.

offensive

level
