outpost/city/colony/village,

various

mutually
exclusive,

synergetic)
forces

order

attain
additional
units/powers/etc.
Obviously,
most
of
the
forces
want
something
to
do
with
sexy
members
of
your
community,
so
you
balance
your
eco
between
making
new
subjects,
using
those
sexy
members
to
please
your
allies.
