Leveler lacks oomph and does not level

1 Leveler currently is not bad, but imho just lacks some "oomph". What I mean exactly is some riot stopping power. I wish that some of its power (as was in BA) of creating such a powerful explosion to make slow units loose their speed and stop briefly was brought back. There was simply an additional effect of an expulsion with an explosion which pushed nearby units a little. 3 Currently Scorcher vs Leveler 1v1 makes Leveler often loose, which is a bit counter intuitive. However 3 Levelers vs 4 Scorchers will always win (probably with some losses, depending on attack angle).
