As far as I know, Steam Zero-K only writes to steamapps/common/Zero-K. copying that folder over to another computer should do it.

Read up on where Steam stores downloaded game files to check where that is on your ssytem. The Common folder is mentioned here:

On Linux you can find it the same way, just check the library folder location in Steam settings.
