Can't we just all be @FRN ? An experienced player can see what his allies are doing and complement their tactics/strategies. If you can't stand somebody there are 11/12 other players in your team that you can work with.

When @Svatopluk decides to sit at the back and rush singu/bantha/nux it's not because he's trolling, it's because he does what nobody else on the team is doing (but somebody should be doing). Everybody playing aggressive front line pusher is not optimal play. Whether roach ramps are worth their cost will be reflected by elo.

If you complain about @Firepluk 's high elo variance (which could be measured by superior systems like [url=http://www.remi-coulom.fr/WHR/WHR.pdf]WHR[/url] btw), think of the random newbie spamming nothing but glaives. He'll get to 1600 when playing on Red Comet while being worth less than 1000 Elonz on Quicksilver.
