4 I will interprete your thoughts as I please. I'm human and I have a right to freedom of mind and to a lesser effect, freedom to share my thoughts just as much as you do. When you post something on here that's posing a moral question be prepared to face criticism and other views. You can't say "Oh put others first when trying to experience things" then turn around and make it look like you're putting your experience above your team's experience. Skill fail is no different than not wanting to play at your fullest. Both present frustrating situations to other people. And forcing people to play at their fullest because it ruins your game is morally dubious. 4 I will interprete your thoughts as I please. 7 We are here to enjoy this game for ourselves first. I'm not here to make your day good because I play well, I'm here because I enjoy playing the game. I don't think to myself "Hey, I think I'll play some Zero-K so my team feels good for 5 minutes". Do you think that? If you don't, you do not follow what you preach. 7 We are here to enjoy this game for ourselves first. 9 Human nature states we will put ourselves first and it is healthy to put ourselves first. On the moral side: if we should not do something depends on the impact of our actions. 9 Human nature states we will put ourselves first and it is healthy to put ourselves first. 11 Fucking around on an online game has 0 short term ( >20 minutes) impact. You aren't losing money, your significant other won't leave you because you lost a game ( if they threatens this, they are not worth it anyways) , you won't lose your home, your family isn't endanger because you lost. So why are you making a huge fucking deal over a stupid game? There's literally 0 impact after a few hours. In fact you're more likely to forget why you were upset within the first hour. The only impact there is is the one you make it. If you choose to blow it out of proportion, you're going to be miserable and stressed. If you stop caring about a game's outcome as much, you'll enjoy the beauty of the moment more. It ultimately doesn't matter. If you believe it truly matters at a life-or-death level, you have a seriously flawed sense of proportion and should change your outlook on it. 11 Fucking around on an online game has 0 short term ( >20 minutes) impact. 13 The vocal majority may be a bunch of tryhards whining, but the true majority lies in the people who want to play the game and don't care about the outcome as much as you do. And this behaviour is actually harming Zero-K more than any "silly" player. 13 The vocal majority may be a bunch of tryhards whining, but the true majority lies in the people who want to play the game and don't care about the outcome as much as you do. 16 As the vocal majority whines about a new "OP" unit (they can't counter), it gets nerfed into oblivion and no longer sees a lot of use. 16 As the vocal majority whines about a new "OP" unit (they can't counter), it gets nerfed into oblivion and no longer sees a lot of use.

22 As the vocal majority whines about newbies, more hostile solutions will come up. These newbie-hostile solutions will limit player retention just so "veterans can have a nice game". Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't the name say "All Welcome" on a majority of these hosts? 22 As the vocal majority whines about newbies, more hostile solutions will come up.
