That's only because there is no way to disable shallow-water slowdown for units in ZK.

hence the "in ZK". :P

Oh, i'd clarify: there is no way to make a difference between a "shallow water" which actually slows and thus weakens land units, and a "ford" which allows normal movement for both land units and ships.
