malric 10 years ago I am wondering if there are people around that use AMD FX processors and what is their experience with engine 97 compared to 91 in regards to performance. Currently in the source of the engine the detection of Intel features is a bit better and would like to know what is the feeling of people using AMD FX (the other AMD models are not influenced) +0 / -0
ElTorero 10 years ago fx6300 here Haven't played many games in 97 nor checked what engine runs faster, but it seems to run ok in the new one +0 / -0

malric 10 years ago ElTorero: thanks for the answer. One is not enough for a statistic, but until more answers appear, it seems that the AMD-FX is not a problem (AMD-FX shares 1 FPU per 2 logical cores) +0 / -0

Senaven 10 years ago I have FX6300. In 97 large map lagging. Sometimes long game after hard lagging crashes. In 91 all run fine. +0 / -0
