Hey, I have been having some real problems the past couple of days trying to get the lobby to connect to the internet. Every time I open Zero-K, all the tabs open to internet errors and there a message down the bottom saying "disconnected due to network problem, autoreconnecting...". Every other game and program I have connects to the internet. I tried checking my firewall, but it's not blocked on it either. Help please!

not brand-new account. if your normal internet access works:

i suspect you are marked as smurf (and therefore server-sided blocked) of known troll players
--OR--
using an ip of a known proxy hoster. have you switched internet provider recently or are you connection through a proxy?

this is fixable on serverside by a vpn exception for your userID. this can be conducted by an admin.

No, I am not connected to a proxy, nor have I changed internet provider. It just random;y stopped working one day for no apparent reason. If you can do anything to help serverside, that would be great thanks.

Still not working. What do you suggest it could be client side?

-the rest of your internet works fine? (webbrowser, other online gaming,...)?
-have you installed more than one network adapter (LAN, WLAN, UMTS,...)?
-for testing purpose, SHORTLY disable your firewall to rule it out as cause. do the same with a possible antivirus software. enable again after testing!
-are you able to list hardware between your pc and the internet? (your router,... etc). are you maintaining these devices? if not, who is?

this is all standard procedure, shotgunned into the dorkness.

hard to tell from here. maybe a real dev (who also has insight into lobby network mechanics) looks into your issue, im only with the police (admin).
