Panoramix 13 years ago I have found that my account was gone, it's less than a month old I think. I recreated it and I still exist on the web. About to start a game to see if it is all in sync in terms of the game and what I have unlocked, it's only what I've managed to unlock that I'm concerned about. +0 / -0
Panoramix 13 years ago didn't work. Started a game, got default com, no options and everything locked. I even got a level up message, which i would post here but the host cannot parse the text and gives an error cause of some potential security issue with the text. So after the first game I'm now level 1. Come in here and it's telling me I'm level 16. kinda frustrating to start all over again, donno if it's worth the hassle. Actually thinking about it I realise the problem, whatever form of UUID is used for the account if obviously different to the account I created, and I presume it's this hidden id that is being used to sync the accounts. So while the zero-k.info site knows my old number, springie's db has lost it. Is there anyway to fix this or is my account gone for good? +0 / -0

Saktoth 13 years ago Springie has been unstable a lot, its probably just failing to get the data. The servers in general are having troubles, Licho wants to upgrade to a more stable server, but we just dont get enough money through donations to do that right now. det has reset the server, hopefully this will resolve the problem. +0 / -0

Licho 13 years ago It has NOTHING to do with server lagginess or springie in this case.. Due to SW bug account data/changes for several weeks (possibly months) were lost. There are 2 systems, one stores XP, unlocks and lets you login to forum - this is fine. Other only stores login and name - this failed to save data. You will have to recreate account and point us to old account to copy the old data, once we prepare tools for it. +0 / -0
