Lag: 7 FPS because of wind?

I lost 1 Krow and 2 Dantes because I can't issue the commands I needed to retreat them or attack AA + raceeters.



I understand that someone think I need a new PC, but it is only about 2 years old.

ZL shouldn't be a high end game :/
All other players had at least about 50% of the maximal CPU useage.

Would it be better if we can morph 9 wind gens to a mega-wind?

... only to collect 9 unit tasks and give it a single unit - not because of a new building ...

Then I suggest to make this for solars too.

that particular map has a lag problem with zoom level

the more you zoom out the laggier it gets

it's really quite annoying

it has something to do with the trees and ATI i think

It seems that newer ZK versions have bigger lags - or is it really the map?

How can we fix it - what's wrong?

Don't only look out for MT versions of spring - there is something wrong !!!

You can use/code profiler and try to find out which lua lags most.

Either profile lua code, change map, or get better pc. ZKL is fine. Some maps have ridiculous features like high-detail trees (so normal zoom

OK, bigger zoom

BAD, ~maxzoom = OK) that only dissapear on a huge zoom level(although this should be set in the settings). If by the off chance when you were profiling code you find that ZK is the problem, you should poke licho and the mod devs.

Make a nice wiki about code profiler - howto use them - and I will use it.

But I don't know how to make it...
