The game often splits the team room based on player level (ELO). When this split occurs the two seperate rooms are locked - one for higher ELO and one for lower ELO.
If someone loads up Zero K just after this split or trys re-enter a room (to prompt map download or something) you cannot re-enter which means you may miss a game.
I wonder if something could be implemented to allow players to join the appropriate ELO game when the teams room is locked.
i.e. if teams room game splits as the game is too large into two rooms where ELO 1650+ in one and <1600 in another. If player X just loaded up spring and they have an ELO of 1700 they can join the locked higher ELO game and vice versa.
Once one of the games starts the second room should reopen steadily i.e. if the game split and the higher ELO game commenced immediately, the ELO cap to reenter the lower room is raised immediately by 100 (for the above example people up to 1750 ELO could enter. This ELO threshold could then increase (or decrease) by 100 each minute.
Just trying to think of a system where you don't have to miss a game if you loaded up at the wrong moment etc.
