HOw about a commander morph weekend where we change the metal cost of modules and morping with 50-80% less, just to test commanders and what modules need buff and what modules need debuff.

Is there a chance then to make a vote to see what people chose, regarding the com morph wekend?

Why not make your own com morph weekend... just add metalmult and then go first 5 min with speed 10. And then fight and then...?

I like this idea. Crazy weekends can be fun, although I certainly would not want it all the time.

This is not a realistic scenario to test 'what needs buff'. Modules are perhaps maybe 20% overpriced for power. If you make them that cheap, people will rush aggressive combat comms to just do beatdowns on the enemy. Something they just can't do under normal conditions.

That being said Godde almost always (last I played him) runs a really aggressive morphing battle commander in 1v1. It might be another of those 'Only Godde' type things, or it might be a way to make up for the weakness of the unconventional factory choices he picks, but he has a lot of sucess with it.

Godde's battle-comm seems like it's mostly just giving his spiders a normal riot. I'm surprised he doesn't use a more nimble chassis, though... but I guess those are more likely to get sniped.
