I didn't write the stuff so it's hard to offer this without sounding critical. I recognize that we're getting this service for free. Thanks! :-)
It can be a bit frustrating to see "disconnected due to network problem. autoreconnecting..." when that's not the problem.
If I had written the software, I think I'd probably have put something in there to make it possible to tell users that the service is down for maintenance. I just think it'd be cool if the software would save us the effort of rebooting our computers just to make sure that the local computer isn't the problem.
