I find it's freaking annoying that some random newb can join in the last second before start and spoil all balance.
Seriously, if we make !start vote we agree on some balance, would be nice to lock room on time, while we are voting for start of the game.

I would not like this. Instead I think it would be better if anyone joining would be forced to spec until the vote is over.

If you call a vote and it gets voted down, you lose the right to call votes for a minute or two. That would fix a whole plethora of problems.

i find amusing how springie can't prevent any kind of spam, it's ridiculously easy to write a bot to abuse it

More than once I've jumped into a room to spec and the game has started before I can unclick 'ready'.
