(I've never tried licho rush before)

just target ground, not the (to-be-attacked) unit itself and certainy not radar dots.

No, NeonSturm just quoted you to emphasize/strengthen his argument that, Licho fails to fire a lot make it a "noob trap"/hard to use/bug(?) to "newbies" that do not know about it.

Is my reading comprehension correct?
