If any CPU opponent is present winning team gets 50 XP and 0 elo. Losing team gets nothing and loses nothing.

Otherwise it depends on ELO and player count. The less players but skilled in general

the higher elo for winning players. The more players but any skill

the less elo for winning players. Same for losers.

From what I know you get more XP in smaller games than in big ones and less in games that are over shorter than 10 minutes or so. If you want exact numbers and feel like it you could check through the code.

Teammates 1 2 3 4 5 6
Win 220.0 170.0 140.0 120.0 105.7 95.0
Loss 153.3 120.0 100.0 86.7 77.1 70.0

That is XP gained when the predict value is even. Being at worse odds improves your XP gain a bit. It continues to drop off for larger ally counts.

I think there are some inconsitencies regarding games with one human against bots. If I am on first slot in lobby, the game ends with "BATTLE DETAILS AND REPLAY...", I get XP and a replay. If a bot is placed above me, (eg bot in team 1, I am team 2), the game ends with "closing game, 0 active players left in game", no replay, no XP.
