!start bug (minor)

To my understanding there is a feature to increase the vote requirement to start a game (!y) when a person votes !n. However, this also falsely increases the displayed vote requirement for the !n option.

E.g. (in room with 3 players):

[14:12:59] * Springie4 Poll: Start game? [!y=0/3, !n=0/3]
[14:13:00] player !n
[14:13:00] * Springie4 Poll: Start game? [!y=0/4, !n=1/4]
...
[14:12:00] * Springie4 Poll: Start game? [!y=0/6, !n=3/6]
[14:12:00] * Springie4 Poll: Start game? [END:FAILED]

It should instead read:

[14:12:59] * Springie4 Poll: Start game? [!y=0/3, !n=0/3]
[14:13:00] player !n
[14:13:00] * Springie4 Poll: Start game? [!y=0/4, !n=1/3]
...
[14:12:00] * Springie4 Poll: Start game? [!y=0/6, !n=3/3]
[14:12:00] * Springie4 Poll: Start game? [END:FAILED]

Steps to reproduce:
1. Vote !start
2. Have people vote !n

Why would it even do that? I never noticed this (you're talking about ZKL, right?)...

Not ZKL. Springie itself. This is apparently a very recently implemented feature. Possibly today, or some time last week.
