Impulse damage not triggered when hitting wrecks

Was messing around with jugglenaught and noticed anything thrown that hits a wreck rather than the floor will bounce without taking any damage at all. That's all.

Oh appart from the bit where with a bit of practice and a slope you can kill a detri with two juggs using D-guns, that's hillarious. One if you get a lucky bounce.
