*No penalty for anyone because this was a one-off misunderstanding that escalated. Reasons have been ninja posted by Skasi. Additionally note that it was a good place to put a fusion wrt grid.
The best response by either player would be to report the action at the end of the game. But that can be hard to do and players appeared to enter without the intent to troll so give them a chance to learn. Basically calm down and don't do it again.
Now unfortunately I think I have to say to everyone; don't be morons. Building fusions next to allied factories is not suddenly some sort of irrevocable right. I don't want to give a big lecture on basic human interaction so I'll stop here.
