My game keeps crashing randomly in the middle of a skirmish with AI and no multiplayer/coop. I don't enjoy playing multiplayer and haven't tried on this computer so I don't no if it is only single player or AI that causes the crash. I have reinstalled multiple times and verified the files but with no changes at all. I use steam on Linux and the crash occurs with and without using proton. In the past the log files get cut off but the last one seems to be complete. I have lowered the graphics settings and

I am using Arch Linux with mesa-git drivers and Steam. I have little to no issue running other games and even more taxing games.

I apologize that this is mostly a shot in the dark, but have you tried with a different version of mesa?

The crash appears to be related to your drivers. You could try fiddling with your drivers. Perhaps try compiling the engine in one of those verbose GL debug modes and fixing whatever it is that your drivers are having trouble with.

Thanks I'll give it a shot tomorrow my graphics card generally don't agree with the current stable driver but it's worth a shot.
