Often times I wonder that myself.

most of the times hes semi afk,locking down his metal as he usualy makes lots of storages.
Even more often he builds something for 20 minutes then leaves the game.

But his trolling/strats help in really big team games where his existence wont hinder you too much and he can do his thing in peace without condeming some under manned lane to certain death.In smaller games i suggest just not playing with him at all and resign as soon as u see him in your team.#stayzen
