patrol orders and likely other orders are not saved and loaded

First of all, congrats on the steam release.

I found a bug where patrol orders and possibly other orders as well are not saved and loaded.

Reproducible with radar plane from plane factory. Set them on patrol for 2 waypoints. Save game, load and they will seem to patrol, but after 1 or 2 runs, the patrol will just keep one of the waypoints and they will fly in circles.
