I think that means that you can order units to do these things automatically, so you don't have to do it manually (autoskirmish).
Maybe it can be worded better:

Want to focus on economy? Units will automatically kite, strafe, and zig-zag to dodge shells.

I think that one's mostly fine, there's the "Jumping "cans" with steam-spike?" thing, this one is actually puzzling.
