I'm seeking people who would like to think and code for money from their home.
I have a small startup with a product, which can identify ID cards in images, extract information from them and check it for possible frauds or digital manipulations.
Product is already commercialy used in a bank and I have outstanding orders for more implementations and features.
My startup is focusing exclusively on development, outsourcing most of the marketing and sales to a big partner company (at least for initial stage).
Product is unique in achieving very high levels of accuracy (compared to competition) and ability to detect digital fraud attempts yet it learns from very small samples (3-4 images for recognition, 30-40 for fraud detection).
Funding is secured for years to come and I am seeking someone to help me with new features.
Your work will likely inlude:

reading and understanding scientific papers

implementing algorithms from papers

doing some science lite (experimenting, evaluating)

inventing or improving upon existing methods

doing some software engineering
You should have basic coding experience and some math basics and not be too afraid of it, areas of work will likely involve:

advanced image processing

statistics

biometrics

neural networks
Coding is done with OpenCV in C# and C++ (no prior language experience needed)
