Almost all cases is smurfing and evade ban (mute example or even permanent ban).
However few players have two accounts but with almost same elo (admin corrected) which isnt smurfing. Like [Er0]Godde and Godde.

Its not true smurf account because it have almost same elo as his main account.
He is Godde, thats why he got it. He is nest player in Zero K. Also PRO_rANDY is but he didnt have second one.
You need ask admins for second account. :D But i think they will not allow it to you. :D

It's easy, just register both accounts more than six years ago, in the wild west where smurfing wasn't outlawed and maybe even before elo was there (I'm just 4, I wouldn't know). Then be a staple of the community and don't abuse them enough to get one banned.
