1) Seriously consider using Integral hotkeys instead. They are 50% shorter. Consider solar: BWS vs XS.
2) Seriously consider the costs. If you disable keeping up to date your UI will be frozen and you may not see the
cool stuff until you decide to painfully update later.
3) If you are still certain you require the radial build menu, search for "keep up to date" option in the ingame menu using the search function. Disable it. Find the preset list, and set your UI preset to none.
4) Enable Chili Gesture Menu. It should now persist.
