Bugs-subforum was probally driving too many new players away.
Probally not much use to list things in too much detail, it all looks very wip/unfinshed still and subject to changing.
Imo uglyness is not so big problem, but some things violate basic GUI rules/standards.
For example log-in dialog usually have a "[x] remember login" checkbox. But not in zkl. Instead the option to remember log is hidden somewhere in settings.
Or the buttons to select low/medium/high graphic details. Usually for such thing there is radio boxes like:
( ) low
(x) medium
( ) high
Only one graphic-details-setting can be active a time, so radio boxes make sense. The buttons that zkl uses do not communicate the 'can-only-pick-one'-ness and do not show which setting is currently active.
