Underwater screamer

So when you upgrade a floating chainsaw, it transforms into an underwater screamer, that never fires.

I think in these cases, even if you arent supposed to build them on water, they should at least float, or be able to fire through water.

I don't like the ability to float only if they come from a morph. So either the morph should be disabled or Screamer given the ability to float.

i believe flak turrets also upgrade to screamers, so those would need to be looked at as well
