It is in current ZKL.. problem is ZKL is most likely to be changed to not include web browser -> no such screen :/

My Idea:

This is going to be put into the manual, but only as a page you see the first time you open the manual.

This should be locked immediately.

Editing this page will allow a vandalizer to put whatever they want on newbie's pages.

If you want proof of this, I did this to the test site (just log in with a lowbie account).
