Little bobby gretchen :)
That forum problem is entirely fixable, its just that ZK devs doesn't have enough manpower to fix all the prototypes that went into production and that they do not have the inclination to fix prototypes, as making new prototypes is more fun and ZK is only a hobby.
The deployed prototype then sits on the production server until a new contributor hopefully comes forward (a rare occurrence), with ZK team having the strange expectation that new contributors do not have the same attraction for fun and novelty.
Sadly, as long as the prototype is running on the only server this community has, it has a bad effect on its users. Though it mostly affects new players who already have problems and try to post infologs... combo! The veteran players are not bothered that much, as they already know they must double-check what they enter on the site.
Find some information about this error in this 11 years old forum:
http://forums.asp.net/t/650961.aspxNow we see that it is impossible to use ZK forum to discuss/help newbies without relying on an external service such as pastebin or dropbox. That's quite different from original promises made about having a custom forum implementation.
