How do I turn that off. We are all in the same room and are ready to play.

You cant, it is there to prevent a player from constantly starting the game when the other player wants to leave or change map/mode. If the games starts the leaving player lose ELO.

You can use !forcestart as a workaround.

If you want to go even further and avoid the !vote 1 required for !forcestart to pass, use: !boss Bodger

Type !forcestart. If you made the room it will force the game otherwise you will have to vote to force the game.
