So Am Trying to Revive a Old 4x game but I have 1 MAJOR Problem. The Dev is Stuck in RL But the Game's Severs are still Running. I know He's aware of the Game Continual exsitance because its F2P and Someone gotta pay for the severs. So My real Question is: How DO I get this game from him without Hacking.

If it is open sauce then it is opensauce period.
Now find what kind of open sauce it is, that is find the license.

Hmm found a couple sites for this game, but none that seems to be made by a group of really dedicated fans who'd develop it as a free and open source game similar to ZK. Maybe go see if you can find something like that, or put the code on github and start yourself, see who joins.
