Can't connect to server.

Well, I haven't been playing for about a week and when I went to log on through my account I encountered a problem as it asked me to connect to the server, seemed simple enough but after retrying multiple times over the course of 6 hours it didn't seem to help.
I'm not sure what happened or if I'm banned or if its just a bug but there are 3 people who use the same ip as me and play this game (both being my brothers). I'd like to know if there's any way to fix this problem. So far I've tried to reset my router, uninstall the game and re-install and none helped at all. I've never actually had this problem before so I'm sort of confused.

Well, it seems whatever you did logged my friend out of his account and now cannot log into a new one he told me to send this: Well the problem with my brothers account(Shay) is that he got logged out before, couldn't log back in and now the same has happened to me. My other brother(Ciln) is still logged in but can't go into multiplayer and still has the same problem we all did.
I'm completely confused on what has happened but Shay cannot log in or register a new account even after uninstalling spring/zero-k.
