You initially instructed TheNiceGuy to go air. He protested, in very polite terms. Firepluk even thought it was weird that you were asking a newbie to go air when you both know you don't want a novice in the air.

The other team even thought you were going to go air and were planning to preemptively AA to thwart you.

It was MATKNY who made the comment about Russians and from the flag, he seems to be Russian himself, so that could just as easily have been an attempt at self-deprecating humour (and from what I could see, he did at least eventually go air and did exactly as asked anyway). If not, by all means report him if you deemed it an ethnic slur. Racist remarks are explicitly deemed unacceptable conduct.

No, what happened here is you made such a daft call even a newbie who doesn't know better balked. I hope he's not put off by the experience.

Non-reactive swift player is one of the worst uses of metal... hell, I'd even rather have a newb that uses tacnukes inefficently on my team, at least he'll eventually do some damage.

If I'm air and I see enemy not reacting to my own swift movement (and/or the enemy air player is lowranked), you can bet im starting to pump bombers.
Let enemy swifts idle at the back, why should I mess with him?
