Lua interface lags like crazy. Unplayable.

For those wondering, no this is not engine lag. I might've had around 500 units, but engine ping was only 200-500 ms and fps weren't bad either. Meanwhile the interface handled like it was 2 second ping with 2 fps. I've played FFA with way more units.

What does reinstall do? Nothing has changed clientside in 10 days. As I wrote elsewhere, maybe the server changes are doing something crazy to luaMenu and the issue bleeds over to luaUI.
