Game no longer works ... re-install?

Zero K tried to update itself as usual and after running a long time, it failed. Now when I try to start the game it says "This app cannot run on your PC".

Do I have to delete everything and re-install?

Or is there an easier fix?

No worries I sorted it out. I think Steam had something to do with it. My game copy was corrupted. Found another file chobby.exe.bak which I figured was a backup chobby. removed the .bak and tahdah, it works
